Luke serves as Chief Legal Officer of LeRose Capital, where he oversees all legal and compliance matters for the firm’s commercial real estate investment and development activities. With a background in real estate law, corporate governance, and contract negotiations, Luke ensures that the company’s transactions are structured securely and efficiently. Prior to joining LeRose, Luke ran his own real estate law firm and advised on acquisitions, financings, and regulatory matters. Laki keeps the firm's technology gears turning — from refining the systems we use on a daily basis to plotting the long-term tech roadmap that supports LeRose's real estate and technology goals. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the crew building and implementing tools that connect the dots between raw property data, deal-making, and boots-on-the-ground development work. With nearly two decades in enterprise tech, Laki has tackled everything from clunky legacy systems that limped out of the early 2000s to cloud-native platforms powering real-time property data — and has bridged the gap between them. Before joining LeRose Capital, he held senior technology roles at Title Leap and Landtech, delivering solutions that marry complex business needs with modern platforms. His team makes sure the tech pulls its weight — automating grunt work, aggregating the right data for decisions, and scaling systems before they become bottlenecks. He holds a degree in Business Management and Management Information Systems from Stetson University. When he’s not nerding out on systems and data flows, you’ll find him somewhere in Florida’s great outdoors or far offshore — well beyond the reach of cell service.
